Michael Mcnutt

Michael is a highly accomplished leader in the areas of operational excellence, global supply chain management, Lean, quality and continuous improvement. He’s experienced in building manufacturing facilities from greenfield sites to scalability, and his teams show a history of delivering substantial increases in operational productivity, bottom line cost of quality reductions, and employee engagement. Michael knows how to find True North, build the continuous improvement road map, and celebrate the wins along the way. Michael learned of Violett’s mission and initially became a strategic advisor for manufacturing and more recently joined the Violett team full-time to help bring this lifesaving air purification technology to market.
